Winter Wales 2019
Every year a man names Tim organise an intense, extreme and pretty chilly overland trip named 'Winter Wales Expedition'. I was fortunate enough to go on his 2019 trip with Mansfield 4x4's Freelander 1. Take note this was my first introduction into extreme, non stop off-roading. Tim's route takes many tricky byways throughout the heart of Wales. It was extremely cold and I got quite poorly because of it. The Freelander lasted 2 of the 7 days as the driveshaft gave up. The Freelanders are great off roaders but constant battering tends to catch up to them.
